Important Purchase Conditions – Read Before You Buy:

This service is for internal LCD panel replacement only. We provide a 60-day limited warranty on all internal screen replacements. We will message you our shipping address to prepare your laptop shipment after your order.

It does not include replacement of:

• The metal case cover
• The backlight assembly
• The camera module

 

Please only proceed with this service if the device meets the following conditions:

•             No dents or bends on the screen frame or metal housing
•      No signs of liquid damage on or around the screen backlight
•      Screen cover and corners are in good physical condition

 

Devices that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for service and returned without repair.

Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround time is 3 business days after we receive your device
• Repairs may take longer during busy periods or if additional parts or diagnostics are required 

What’s Not Covered by warranty:

•            Physical or accidental damage (e.g. drops, internal or external cracks, liquid exposure)
•     Bent, dented, or water damaged screen housing (before or after service)
•    Backlight, camera, or metal casing issues (not part of this service)
