Untested, as is I have not tested the PARTS or tubes. so They are being sold as untested. I cannot guarantee that the tubes are working? but the box that these came out of was wrote on by the TECH that I got them from it said " NEW SERVICE PARTS " . But These tubes have been in storage for MANY years. so buy as-is see pictures
