Three Ladies Tapioca Sheet Banh Trang Deo are machine made of mainly tapioca and a little bit of rice.  This tapioca sheet will be chewier, stay softer longer and will not dry out as fast if your spring rolls were left uncovered. Perfect for Vietnamese Spring Rolls,

Lay a single Tapioca Sheet on a flat plate.  Wet only the top side of the sheet.  (Normal rice paper you would need to wet both sides.)  Add vegetables, meat, seafood, rice vermicelli or any other food combination you desire.  Fold and roll.  Instructions are also on the back of the package.
