Improvements/features:
The 1.8HW OS is identical to the standard 1.8 OS,
with the addition of 180 waveform selections.
Among these 'hidden waveforms' there are many
'glitch' type of sounds and
many selections change waveforms every octave.
Check current firmware:
Hold [Record] and press [Master] while powering and
the software version will be displayed on screen.
Installation:
You need the swap the eprom chips in socket U16 and U20.
KPC EPROM version 1.5 IS NOT INCLUDED which may
be needed for older units, but can be provided.
