This is a beautiful ruby red cut-to-clear crystal pedestal bowl made in the USSR.  It has a great pattern of cuts around the bowl and beveled scalloped rims around the top and bottom.  It still has the original sticker saying "Made in U.S.S.R'.  So based on this sticker it would have had to be made before 12/26/91.  It is 7.75" in diameter at the opening and stands 5.25".  It weighs about 2.5 pounds.  Overall, it is in great condition with no issues other than a bit of wear on the bottom.  This makes a fantastic centerpiece bowl or displayed in a lighted shelf.  Thanks for looking and be sure to check out my shop, not2shabbyshop, for more fabulous finds!
