The limited, colourful reissue of Czesław Niemen's legendary album 'Idée fixe' is a faithful reproduction of the album released in 1978. The release consists of three albums - two LPs and a single - that's over 100 minutes of music (!), inside is the original insert with Norwid poem texts.

"Idée fixe" is a concept album that expands the experimental trend in the work of Czesław Niemen. On two full-length albums for the first time, Niemen uses the lyrics of only one poet, Norwid. The single attached to the album recorded fragments of music for Juliusz Słowacki's performance "Salomei's Silver Dream". After his solo "Katharsis", Niemen returned to collaborating with other musicians and although electronics still dominate his work, it is accompanied by a lively rhythm section and an excellent guest is Zbigniew Namysłowski.

'Idée fixe' will crumble with a multitude of ideas, sounds and colours. This is not an easy work, but excellent.

We have embossed a set of these unique vinyls in 180 weights and its sound was taken care of by Kamil Karolak.
