The reverse of the coin shows the Mona Lisa in graffiti style on a colorful background, surrounded by traditional graffiti art elements. The obverse side of the coin depicts various graffiti art. At the top of the obverse, the inscription: "GRAFFITI ART" - the name of the series. The design also incorporates the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "COOK ISLANDS" - the issuing country, "QUEEN ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen, "20 DOLLARS" - the face value and "2023" - the year of issue of the coin.
