About Hair: We collect 100% real human hair from young girls to process and manufacture. During the proces, we dye the hair manually, so a small amount of mixed colour hair is normal, which is due to the toning sometimes can't 100% cover all the hair strands.

About Length: With the same weight, the longer the hair, the thinner it is. So if you want thicker hair, please buy more packs.

About color: Due to different monitors, lighting and display, color differences may occur. (You can also consult us for suggestions)

About End: We sell 100% real human hair, which grows at different speeds and in different lengths. To blend well with your own hair, we manufacture the hair extensions with layered ends, which means that the bottom of the hair is not as thick as the top. If you want it thick from top to bottom, please buy 5-8cm longer so that you can trim to the same length

About Dying: Can ONLY Be Dyed to Darker Color. ( Color #60 OR #613 is recommended)

About Heating: Can Be Straightened, Curled. But Please Re-style below 120℃ (248℃) .
