Vintage Straw Holder / Dispenser

 

This is a vintage Straw Holder / Dispenser. It was an integral part of the soda fountain that would be the centerpiece in many drug stores, ice cream parlors and luncheonettes from yesteryear. Item consist of a clear glass container with a stainless-steel straw holder. Glass and metal pieces are in good condition. Holder has a plastic knob on top. Embossed on bottom is Bloomfield Industries ;Chicago. Measures approximately 11 inches high x 4 3/8 inches in diameter (base).
