Shipping Policy:

We combine shipping costs on all our fabrics if requested. By checkout before paying click on the "request total from seller" tab so that we could send you a revised invoice.

Your fabric will ship as one continuous piece.

Same Day Shipping

Koshtex makes every effort to supply your order as soon as possible. Which means once you've completed your online order, we immediately begin the shipping and delivery process, making sure that you receive it in the shortest period of time possible. 

Koshtex will provide same day shipping on orders processed before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. For all other orders that have been paid for by credit cards after 1:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday, we will begin the next business day.
 
If the item you ordered is not available for same day shipping, it will usually be shipped within two business days upon receipt of payment.

Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied and delighted with your purchase you may simply exchange or return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund (minus shipping & handling or other charges) within 14 days of purchase.
We will deduct the original shipping price from the refund total if the item is marked as "FREE SHIPPING".
