This is the Stone Cold Steve Austin from the WWF F2 Federation Fighters. This Stone Cold Steve Austin figure has his classic jorts (jean shorts) and vest outfit as well as a smoking skull belt accessory.
The box condition is decent, but there is some age to it. The window is dusty, the top is a little warped, and there are minor crunch spots here and there but I didn't see any rips in the package.
This figure is great for any wrestling collector or a big fan of the "attitude era" of the WWF.
