Antique, Vintage or Pre-Owned Items

If an item is antique or vintage, we will note as "ANTIQUE CONDITION" or "VINTAGE CONDITION" meaning the item's condition is consistent with age, use and manufacturing of the time, thus expect some signs of age and wear. Antique and vintage items are NEVER in new condition! These items come directly from attics, cellars, sheds, barns, tag, garage and estate sales. There may be odors, patina and dirt. Items are sold "as is" and we generally do not clean items so tape residue, tarnish, calcification or other deposits may be present. Buyers may or may or may not wish to polish/change the patina once they get it home. Antique and vintage glass or pottery may have bubbles, marks, mold lines, tiny marks, crazing, etc. as it's typical of the period. Antique or vintage silver, brass, etc. may have a patina, marks, scuffs, pitting, etc. Other antique or vintage items may have fading, discoloration, missing tags, and other normal signs of wear consistent with age.

"Pre-Owned or Used" items generally means an item that is used and is thought to be made sometime between 2000 and 2021. These also will have some wear but have "life left in them". Expect some minor signs of wear, or imperfect condition, even if noted as good or excellent.

Where is my item coming from?

We are a clean smoke free home with a yellow lab who sheds. (Woof! Sorry for the random dog hair.) However, we also sell items that are antique, vintage or pre-owned and are not smoke free and will mark that in the description.

What's Included?

Any items shown in pictures for styling are not included. For example, stands, hangers, trays, linens, candle holders, flowers, tablecloths, arrangements, etc.

Payments

Payments are due immediately or within 24 hours for an auction. We will follow all Ebay policies, and may need to notify Ebay in the event of non-payment or late payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.

Returns

Sorry, there can be no returns, but Buyers are always protected by eBay protection policies!

Shipping

We typically use USPS priority mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and always with tracking and insurance. We do not guarantee the method or shipping carrier however. Unexpected situations, such as weather or carrier issues can impact the quickest, most cost-efficient method of delivery. We usually prepare for shipping within 12 hours of payment, however, we reserve a 2 business day turn around. Saturday, Sunday and state or national holidays are not considered business days.  Items over $100 will require a signature for delivery.

In the event an item is shown as "delivered" with carrier tracking, but buyer indicates that item is not received or is broken/damaged in shipping, responsibility falls to buyer to make the appropriate police report and/or stolen parcel and/or insurance claims with the carrier.

Lastly, shipping is sometimes expensive. We are on the East coast and if you are out West, it will unfortunately cost you more. :( Our items are often heavy and require large boxes to have them arrive to you safely.

Combined shipping is sometimes available!

You must contact before placing order to see if combined shipment can be handled with certain items and arrange in advance! Should you fail to do so, we can't guarantee combined shipping.

Where We Ship

We can only ship within the Continental United States. Our pricing model cannot accommodate the additional costs of shipping beyond Continental US to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the Territories or any other area.

If you make a purchase and do not live in the Continental United States, we will need to cancel your order. So sorry!

Local Pickups

If item states "Local Pickup", please contact us to arrange. Please note that we will only meet for delivery in a local police department parking lot in Central Connecticut or other safe location agreeable to Seller.

Some TyRyTreasures items may have small pieces, be very heavy, contain harmful materials, may not be up to current safety or environmental standards, or otherwise be dangerous to humans and/or pets. Please also keep them out of reach of children and pets.
