Decks are brand new and sealed (inner deck is shrink wrapped, outer box is not and never was)
The 'Damaged Packaging' Eldrazi Incursion deck has some sort of cut line in the box around the back/sides on the bottom. This factory defect appears to be present on all the made in the USA versions I've got.
Please note that returns are at the buyers expense and the box must be unopened still.
