POSTAGE & DISPATCH:

We offer a same day dispatch service up to 12.00pm. All orders received before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 2nd class post and should be delivered within 2 - 3 days. Any orders received after 12.00pm will be dispatched the next day and orders made on Friday after 12.00pm will be dispatched the following Monday.

 

We aim to get it right a 100% ALL the time but on rare occasions, issues arise. we kindly ask you to refrain from leaving unnecessary negative feedback as this has consequences on our small business.  If you find there is a problem, then please allow us to put it right by messaging us directly & we will always resolve any raised issues. We will get back to you within a day or two but we will ALWAYS reply.
