1961 North Carolina State vs. North Carolina ticket stub from game played on 9/30/1961 at Kenan Memorial Stadium. The Tar Heels defeated the Wolfpack 27-22.
This was Jim Hickey's 3rd season as head coach of the Tar Heels.
NC State was coached by Earle Edwards.
This ticket is in EX/NM condition. This ticket is made of nice thick sturdy cardboard and is not torn at the perforated edge giving a much larger stub. This seems to be common with the UNC home football tickets of the era. Please see the photos for details.
