Lot is for a vintage deck of cards to play from the Russell Card company--this one is the AUTHORS card game (#153-3).

Here is a fascinating way to learn about some of the greatest English and American stories and their authors.  The object of the game is to get completed books by any of the 10 authors.  Player with the highest number of books is the winner.

Game is complete with beautiful cards which look unplayed.  Has original instruction card.  Box is in excellent condition with great illustrations.
