Question: Why is my tablet running slow?

Answer: It is recommended to close unnecessary software, otherwise it will take up running memory.

 Question: Why is the WiFi connection lost?
Answer: 1. Please check the router protocol and make sure the WiFi security option is WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK.
2. It may be affected by the router's dual-band WiFi bonding. We recommend separating the router's 2.4G and 5G WiFi to make the tablet network work more smoothly.
Question: What accessories are included in the package?

 Question:Why won't my tablet turn on after charging?
Answer:First, connect the device to the computer, charge it for a while, then try using a 5V 2A charger. Try to charge it as long as possible to get a charging prompt. If it still doesn't work, you can use a needle to poke the reset hole. We recommend charging the tablet when it is less than 10%.
