GSM Unlocked device is compatible with carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, H20, Simple Mobile, Consumer Cellular, Metro PCS, Straight Talk GSM, Tracfone GSM, Ting GSM, Project Fi GSM, and other Postpaid/Prepaid carriers. The unlocked device will NOT work with CDMA Carriers like Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Straight Talk CDMA, Tracfone CDMA, Total Wireless, Ting Wireless CDMA, Project Fi CDMA, or U.S Cellular. CDMA carriers require you to purchase their carrier branded device only. So even if the listing says GSM Unlocked it will not work with CDMA Carriers. REPUBLIC WIRELESS has hardware limitations and would only work on USA Version devices, not on International Version devices. It is not compatible with Cricket. Please get in touch with your service provider to check the full compatibility of the devices & the network they operate on. International Version devices are compatible with the GSM carrier mentioned above but would appear not compatible on the carrier website. Only USA version devices are registered on their website; however, we have tested and verified them working on the GSM network.

International Version means: Item will have warranty outside the USA in their Manufacturer region & might come with an international adapter. We will provide with USA converter adapter if needed.  All common features and functions are still fully compatible in the USA.

OEM International phones may be set to a different Language at startup based on their Manufacturer region. You can tap the screen and it would allow you to scroll up or down so the language can be changed to English. You can also do a Google, YouTube search or contact us for further instructions.

Domestic shipping:

All items will be shipped within one business day once payment has cleared. A tracking number will be delegated via email. Standard free shipping takes 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to deliver the package. "Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays are not business days." The Wireless Circle is unable to manipulate shipping addresses after payment has cleared. We only ship items to the verified PayPal address.

International Shipping:

eBay Global Shipping Program is our choice of method for International Shipping. It includes all Customs/Duties/ Brokerage fees or taxes imposed by your country. It also consists of the most accurate shipping charges to avoid any surprises at delivery time. Therefore, our customers can have peace of mind and not worry about any "additional or hidden" charges upon receiving the item. At the time of checkout, be sure to select your country, and then you should see the following text "This item will be shipped through the Global Shipping Program and includes international tracking." If you do not see this text, the item would be shipped via Seller standard International shipping program, and the Buyer is held liable for all Customs/Duties/ Brokerage fee or taxes imposed by your country.

Buyers must write the shipping address in English language. Orders received with shipping address in foreign language may get cancelled as USPS does not permit us to ship orders in foreign language.

For Both Domestic and International orders, "We record both Serial & IMEI# for all items, and in the event, your item is Lost after delivery or Lost in transit, We can report the device as stolen to the carrier and obtain the usage location. Then with the help of GSMA Fraud & Security services, we will have local authorities recover the item.

All of our items come with 30 days seller warranty from the Purchase date and Brand new phones may have 1-year Manufacturer warranty. OEM International version phones have an International warranty and would be covered only in their Manufacturer region. USA carrier phones have 1-year Manufacturer warranty from the date it was released.

Refunds and exchanges are only acceptable within 30 days of Purchase date. Item must be in same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (Unless the item is defective or wrong item was sent) and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the wrong shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat $20 restocking fees*. "Applies when the item is sealed and return unopened."

-- To avoid a 15% restocking fee on Returns for consumer electronics items, Please make sure following conditions are met:

-- Items must be returned unused & with the original box, product packaging, accessories & parts.

-- Please be sure not to put shipping labels on Original item box.

-- Restocking fees do not apply when an item is returned as defective or because an incorrect product was delivered.

-- Original Shipping is non-refundable unless The Wireless Circle has sent an incorrect or defective item.

"Cell phones: Please make sure to remove any Google account manually before performing factory data reset on the phone. Any returned phone with Google account lock may lead to 15% restocking fees."
