Beautiful 9cm wide pleated chiffon trim, it has delicate lace gathered on top, layered with a narrow satin ribbon, very stretchy, available in black or white, perfect for hat making, tutu, costume, wrist cuffs and many other craft purposes, waiting for you to explore.  The trim will be measured laid flat unstretched, 0.5 yard is approximately 1 yard long when fully stretched.
