A clone otherwise known as propagation, is a small cutting from a living plant, aka a mother plant, typical about 4 to 6 inches in length that can develop its own root system then grow into a plant itself.

Clones can be a great option for starting a plant If you don’t want to mess with seeds, you can skip germinating seeds altogether. Clone will reach maturity faster than one starting from seed, which will save you about a month of the growing process.

In about 7 – 10 days, you can see the rooting, but some plants can take longer, up to 3 weeks.
