Vintage Strombecker Toy Car, easily confusable with the Tonka's that were out about the same time. Just a cheap plastic toy car with metal axle fitted to clips coming down from the body.
One rear wheel is mutilated, like someone took a knife trying to whittle off the tire portion. The body has scratches and wear. The hitch is worn off.
This little car is only about 4" long and 2" wide.
