Payment Policy

- PayPal is the preferred method of payment.
- Local pick up is welcome from our Melbourne warehouse during working hours. Please contact us to arrange pick up.
  Cash payment on pick up is accepted.
- Please make payment within 3 days of the end of "Auction" or "Buy It Now" Sale. Or kindly contact us to arrange alternative payment terms.
  If payment is not received within 3 days and no communication is received, eBay will be notified and an unpaid item strike will be lodged.

Shipping Policy

- Items/goods will only be dispatched after payment is cleared.
- We endeavour to dispatch the item as soon as possible; HOWEVER, delay in transit is out of our control and no responsibility is accepted.
- The goods will be packaged. Any damage of the goods must be noted and photographed when you sign for the delivery, otherwise, no damage claim can be made. Please check the item before signing.
- Due to the nature of the product, refund or return is not accepted unless the goods are faulty.
- All care is taken to ensure that product information in this listing is accurate at the time of designing this listing page. - If you would like to order more than 1 carton of any style of pouches, please contact us for a quote for bulk discounts.
- We specialise in customised printed film and pouches, please give us a call if you are looking for the following:

1) Special sized bags/pouches to pack your product;
2) Print your own artwork on any bags or pouches;
3) Film or rewind stock to use on Form-fill-seal machines.
