The Croatia 50,000 Dinara Banknote was issued in 1993 in response to the continued high inflation. This banknote measures 130 x 65 mm and has shades of red, orange, blue and brown. The obverse side features physicist, astronomer, mathematician, philosopher and poet Roger Joseph Boscovich, along with geometric calculations in the background. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows a statue of seated woman with Povijest Hrvata or History of the Croats by Ivan Mestrovic.
