DEFINITIONS AND POLICIES LISTED BELOW:

NEW PATTERNS:

New patterns are considered those that are uncut, and they are

factory folded.

USED PATTERNS:

1.  Each and every piece is counted and verified by hand.

2.  If more than one size is available and the pattern has been

     cut down to a certain size, I will state it on the ad.

3.  If a piece is lengthened or shortened and I notice it, I will

     state it on the ad.

4.  Used pattern pieces may contain pin holes, rips, tape, writing,  

     etc., which do not affect the pattern’s use.  These conditions 

     are assumed to be a fact of used patterns and will not be stated

     in the ad.

5.  There are circumstances that are extremely rare, when I will 

     place a pattern that is missing a piece up for sale.  In these

     cases, the ad will state boldly that there is a pattern piece

     missing.

PATTERN ENVELOPES:

Pattern envelopes are pictured in their true condition.  All pattern envelopes are consider used and may have rips, creases, writing, stickers, stains, etc. on them. Always look at the pictures to be sure the pattern meets your wants and needs.

SHIPPING:

All packages are sent through the U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx.  All packages are provided a tracking number.  I may add insurance and/or a signature requirement on certain items.  In these cases, it will be stated in the item’s description.  I do sometimes use previously used shipping envelopes, packing material, and boxes to ship items in.  Just doing my part to be earth friendly.

I have no control once the package is in the hands of the shipper.  There is no guaranteed date of delivery with any carrier service, as we are all aware.  If your item does not get to you, please contact your local post office or delivery agent and eBay for instructions on how to deal with the situation.  Do not contact me in hunting down and looking for your package.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

If the item/items has/have been packaged and/or the shipping label has been printed or item/items has/have already been shipped it is too late to cancel the order.

RETURNS:

1.  The Buyer has to NOTIFY the Seller BEFORE

     INITIATING A RETURN. The Buyer has 30 days after the

     date of delivery to do this.

2.  Buyer pays for all postage and fees for returning the item,

     these expenses will not be reimbursed by the Seller.

3.  Buyer must provide and pay for shipping insurance on return.

     Seller will not refund any of these expenses

4.  Buyer to provide tracking number to Seller.

5.  Postage and fees for purchasing and returning item/items is 

     non-refundable.

6.  Item/items WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN

     WITH FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND BEING ISSUED:

     A.  If the item/items is/are in the same condition as stated and

           pictured in the ad.

     B.  If the item/items is/are uncut or factory folded, item/items

           must be returned in the same condition.  

     C.  If the item/items has/have factory attached tags, tags must

           still be factory attached to item/items when returned.

     D.  If the item/items is/are in a factory sealed wrap, factory

           sealed container, factory sealed box or carton, etc., it/they

           must be returned in same sealed condition. 

     E.  If item/items is/are new and unused item/items must be 

           returned in new unused condition.

7.  Item/items WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN

     AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED: 

     A.  If the item/items is/are not in the same condition as stated

           and pictured in the ad when returned.

     B.  If the item/items was/were purchased uncut or factory  

           folded, then returned cut or the factory folding has been

           unfolded.            

     C.  If the item/items was/were purchased with factory

           attached tag/tags and returned with tag/tags detached,

           changed, loose, missing or reattached using some     

           other form of attachment. 

     D.  If the item/items was/were in a factory sealed wrap,

           in a factory sealed container, in a factory sealed box or

           carton, etc., and returned opened or unsealed in any

           fashion.  

     E.  If item/items was/were new and unused and returned used

           in any fashion. 

     F.  If item/items is/are returned and were not packaged

           properly for safe delivery.

     G.  If Buyer broke or damaged item/items in any other

           fashion and is returning for a refund.
