This is a SEND-IN REPAIR SERVICE! You are NOT purchasing this unit - but sending yours in for REPAIR! Once we receive your unit, we will contact you through your eBay account with a repair quote. Once payment is received, we will repair your unit and ship it back to the return address. All repairs come with a 1-year warranty!

STEP 1
Once we receive your unit, we will contact you via your eBay account with a final repair quote. NOTE: your $35 diagnostic DOES count towards your final repair quote. When you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice directly from eBay where you can pay with confidence!
STEP 2
During repair, all replacement parts and components are tested rigorously to ensure a long-term fix.
STEP 3
Once we successfully repair your unit, we will ship it back to you at no cost!
NOTE:
If we are unable to repair your unit and you do not purchase a refurbished replacement, we will ship the unit to the listed return address within 5 business days. The $35 diagnostic fee is NOT refundable.
We can fix most issues with this unit! However, if there were a case where a repair was not feasible, we'll gladly offer you a refurbished replacement unit that comes with a 1-year warranty!
