Note:


- The cast iron grill/griddle comes pre-seasoned by factory. For the better seasoning become, we recommend you reseason it before first use and maintain after each use.


How to Clean:


Wash with hot water, Dry, Scott towel with cooking oil on that scott towel and wipe all over it.


How to Season a Pan


1. Thoroughly wash your new grill/griddle in hot water.

2. Place the grill/griddle in your preheated oven for a few minutes before continuing to make sure that it is completely dry.

3. Coat the grill/griddle with grease or oil. (Do this with the whole pan, not just the cooking surface, to reduce the possibility of external rust.)

4. Bake your grill/griddle in a 350 degrees oven for an hour.

5. Let the grill/griddle cool, and wipe off any excess oil.


For best results, do this two or three times, though the grill/griddle can be satisfactory after a single treatment.
