Jean-François Hollier (1776 Chantilly - 1845 Paris) was a pupil of
two great artists: David and Isabey. He exhibited at the Salon de Paris
from 1804 to 1831. In 1817 and 1824 he received 2nd class medals. In
1816-1817 he worked for the porcelain factory of Sevres.
The technique of Hollier is strongly influenced by Isabey.
