We source our material from Ensolite Corporation. This rubber compound has been widely used as high impact closed cell rubber padding in professional football helmets. It is professional quality, extremely light weight, stiff, and durable.
Kit includes one Full-Size Longboard Sanding Block 1 1/16 Thick x 2 3/4" Wide x 16 1/2" Long, this block uses a standard auto body longboard pressure sensitive adhesive sandpaper, 2 3/4" x 16 1/2" long PSA sheet.
Kit also includes one Half-size Longboard Sanding Block 1 1/16 Thick x 2 3/4" Wide x 7 3/4" Long, this block uses a standard auto body longboard pressure sensitive adhesive sandpaper. To install the sandpaper, peel the adhesive paper and place the paper on one side of the block, wrap it around the end of the block, then place the second half of the sandpaper on the opposite face of the sanding block.
Kit also includes one Standard Size Hand Sanding Block 1 1/16 Thick x 2 3/4" Wide x 5 1/2" Long, this block uses 1/3 of a sheet of standard 2 3/4" wide by 16 1/2" long pressure sensitive adhesive auto body longboard sandpaper.

All three blocks have Cross-Cut Slits to make the blocks more flexible. The blocks are all made of ultra lite - stiff professional quality closed cell rubber blend.
This unique material can be flexed by hand to sand contours on automobiles. It is also an excellent tool to sand wood, painted surfaces, and repair sheetrock.
