It has come to our attention that, customers have had issues with Tracking their orders. Unfortunately it is a 'quirk' between our couriers tracking numbers & Ebay's tracking system.
If you need to Track your item(s) please follow the instruction below & it will work!!
Please use the website https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking. Their other Website (apc-direct.co.uk does NOT recognize our tracking numbers).
When entering the tracking number into the search box, only use the 000 & the following 4 digits in the number & then enter the delivery postcode (eg if your Tracking Number is 01902750002958001 use 0002958 on the website).
Following these steps will give you the tracking details.
