GB QV 1863 PENNY RED + 4d VERMILION WORN LETTER 'K'  IK-XI (impossible lettering) ..LIO 3 + CRESSWELL to FRANCE

Outer wrapper (no contents) from London to Paris, Queen Victoria 1d Red + 4d franking, the 4d has a worn corner letter at lower left, so appears as IK XI lettering.  London Inland Office no.3 cancels, PD in oval in red, Angl.Amb.Calais TPO.  LONDON NF 22 Jun 1863 small Cresswell type postmark in blue on the back.
