Coin will be in Brilliant Uncirculated Proof condition and will be shipped in an individual 2x2 flip. The spots you see in the photo are on the capsule, the coin fields are perfectly clear. You will receive one beautiful proof 2013 coin shipped now.
The obverse design of the half-dollar features a 1963 portrait of President John F. Kennedy by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Gilroy Roberts. The reverse design, by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Frank Gasparro, depicts a heraldic eagle with shield, reminiscent of the presidential seal.
These special proof halves are a great for educational gifts or for encouraging young relatives to start collecting. Little keepsake gifts that will increase in value as prices rise. Buy some each year and add to a yearly proof collection.
