HOW TO BUY

1 - Select an item (or items) at eBay auction.

2 - Buy these products using the "Buy now!" Option or "Add to cart".
You can also bid and enter your bid in the auction - option
PLACE BID. Each auction lasts a maximum of 10 days.

3 - After purchasing, select the payment method. The default payment method is Paypal.
You can also choose bank transfer or PayU.
3A - If you bought one or more items and selected payment via Paypal, make the payment.
3B - If you have bought one or more products and have chosen to pay by bank transfer or PayU, then refrain from paying with paypal and write to us about it.

4 - You will get the transfer details or the PayU payment link.
Payments with payment cards are made by Paypal or the buyer's bank.

5 - Make a payment.

6 - After confirming receipt of money - we send the items ordered.

7 - Each package is registered and has a tracking number.
After sending you will receive information about the tracking number.

8 - After receiving the package - check that everything is OK and that the contents of the package have not been damaged during transport. If it has been damaged, you must take action on the complaint with the supplier - usually by filling out the appropriate form. In case of trouble just do not pick up the package.
Immediately inform us about the situation and we will open the complaint process.
8A - All parcels we send are protected against accidental destruction, but it is not made of steel and iron and deliberate action (e.g. trampling) is able to destroy the packaging and sometimes also the contents.
Therefore, before receiving the package, check the condition of the packaging and content as much as possible.

9 - When everything is fine and you are satisfied, put it on a positive rating on eBay.
This is information for us that the transaction was successful and the goods were delivered and the customer is satisfied.

10 - IN ANY PROBLEM (missing order, damaged package, - contact us by e-mail as soon as possible).

RULES

The most important rule: every problem and every mistake can be solved! Everyone wants good opinions! Unfortunately, sometimes there are mistakes, we never intend to cheat our client. A satisfied customer recommends us to others!

If you are unhappy with the purchase, you have a problem, the shipment is delayed - so please write us a message (e-mail or ebay). If necessary, attach some photos. We accept complaints only in writing.

Do not send e-mails confirming the purchase of the item, because we received verification from eBay, the best confirmation is the payment on our account! Maintaining useless correspondence does not improve our work. Try to limit the content to clearly defined instructions. Always provide a nickname and auction number to avoid misunderstandings.
By default, we speak Polish, German, English, Czech and Russian, but you can write in your own language - in case of problems we will use translators.
People who start a dispute in Ebay or Paypal, without first contacting us, are automatically blocked and will never be able to buy at our auctions.

PAYMENT
After purchasing (using the Buy now option or winning auction) you have to pay for the goods, as well as shipping and packaging costs.
You have 4 business days for this. After this time, the auction will close automatically and the transaction cancellation procedure will start and no payment will be reported to Ebay.
If you have a problem with payments, wait for topping up your Paypal account, etc., please let s know about it.
Shipping and packaging costs are specified for each auction - the Ebay system automatically adds them.

IMPORTANT!
To reduce shipping costs, you can combine items from all offers. Ebay should do this automatically, but we know that it doesn't always work. When you buy many items, hold on to your payment - even to close the browser window. If you have this option - you can ask for a total invoice for the purchased items. We will get information about the purchased items - and a final invoice for the purchased goods, shipment and packaging will be issued after the auction. After purchasing many products, specify the payment method (if different from Paypal) and wait for the message with the total invoice.
Remember - if the payment method is to be different than Paypal, please inform us.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or system PayU or PayPal

In case of payment via varied payment systems, extra charge is added as follows:
Bank Transfer (SEPA - only in Europe) - 0%
Bank Transfer (SWIFT - rest of the world) - 9%
PayPal - 6% of total value order & shipment
PayU - 5% of total value order & shipment

(if you do not respond, it will select another form of payment or cancel the purchase).
If you do not choose another payment method, Paypal is always used.

In case you are late with payment after the purchase - write to us and let us know.
We are patient and wait for payment, but we want to know that there may be a delay

DELIVERY
All shipments are sent as priority registered letters and parcels (in Poland as standard or priority).

The shipment is made after a maximum of 5 business days from the time the payment is registered on our account.
Usually it is only within 2-3 days. Parcels are not sent on Saturdays and Sundays.

Auction prices in currencies other than PLN (e.g. in euro, dollar, pounds etc.) are approximate - it all depends on the current exchange rate.

Each package is protected against damage during transport. See the HOW TO BUY section for instructions on how to destroy a package.

The shipment is made by a postal operator.

You can track the delivery on your post operator's website by entering the registered delivery number.

The number will be provided after sending the package.

At the request of the buyer, in Europe, the shipment can be made via DHL.

The average price of this service is PLN 99 (around EUR 25).
The maximum weight of a package is 20kg.
Please ask for details by writing to us and giving the number of CDs to be sent.
COMPLAINTS

We are asking for well thought out shopping, because we do not accept any returns (complaints), except:
1 - damage to the products during transport. In this situation, please deal with the courier (postman) - fill in the form - damage report, and then you should contact us via email - describe the damage and attach photos.
2 - production errors - please contact us urgently. Describe the exact problem and include photos if necessary. Such a procedure, in most cases, avoids the return of a damaged item.
Returned items can not have traces of use - complaints after a long time from delivery of the parcel will not be accepted.

OPINION POINTS

Currently, opinion points, for transactions on Ebay, are first issued by the buyer - of course we are talking about positive points.
It will also tell us that the item has been delivered and that all is well with the delivery.
In the event of customer dissatisfaction and desire to leave negative feedback, please contact us in advance.
Any problem and any mistake can be solved!
