This is a pair of wedding Champagne flutes.  These are Pepe Le Pew and Penelope Cat flutes.  Large porcelain base and glass bowl.  These are from 1999 - good condition, no chips or cracks - the glue that holds the glass flute to the base has yellowed/browned - see photos.  Glasses measure 8.5" tall.
