Your card also features a holographic coating which guarantees to protect the print on your card for 10 years.
Your card is made from PVC and printed in high definition 600 DPI with varnish and holographic overlay on both sides. It is the same size as a standard debit card. Beautifully printed with high contrast sharp colours and graphics.
This is a medical ID card supplied with a simple lanyard so it can be worn around the neck thus helping to create awareness of your medical conditions medications etc.
You can also remove the lanyard and keep your medical alert card safe in your wallet, purse, pocket or bag.
Suitable as an effective aid in case of emergency for adult or young child (recommended 12years and over), man woman, boy or girl, and for a full range of medical conditions.
You can update your personal information information anytime by logging into your profile at You ID me (access details supplied with your product). This keeps your medical identity card up to date so there's no need to buy a new one if and when you circumstances change; eg medications, emergency contact number etc.

You ID Me Gold Plan is included FREE for Life with your ID product.
When you activate your medical ID and alert ID necklace your ID profile will be automatically upgraded to our Platinum Plan for 90 days. This allows the emergency 'Alert My Contacts' SMS feature and provides a small number of free SMS alerts (5) for use during the free upgrade period.
When your upgrade period expires your ID profile will revert to our Gold Plan which is then FREE for life.
Most features continue to work as before except the SMS service. If you require the SMS alert service to continue you may upgrade to the Platinum Plan. Upgrades are optional and other plans are also available. You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Terms and conditions apply - see You ID Me website for details.

Gold Plan: Allows you to store unlimited emergency medical information is free with this product.
Platinum Plan: Sends SMS text alerts to your emergency contacts in the event your tag is used in an emergency.
