Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (if listed as "Brand New) and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging as received.
Your item needs to have the receipt or pack slip.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
All products are issued with a unique S/N or product ID. The returned Item (S/N or product ID) must be the same with item receive, otherwise will not qualify for a full refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.(Terms and condition applies )
Shipping costs are non refundable. (Only when Ebay terms and condition applies)
International buyers please note import duties, taxes and charges are buyer's responsibility
European buyers customs duties and taxes may also apply.
