Cut away top of packaging and don't remember what series this fits....6000-7000?
It is sealed and here are the measurements to insure it fits.
I believe this is from the 1990's.
measurements: 2 15/16" -width including black mount areas on each side.
                          2 7/8" - gold foil only width.
                          1 7/16" - height black to black mount areas.
