The majority of items ordered before 9:00am are dispatched the same day and are received the following working day (UK mainland orders only)! Many of our products are picked and dispatched within couple of hours of ordering.

Orders placed before 9:00am Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed outside of these times will be shipped the next working day, excluding bank holidays and public holidays subject to stock availability. For UK orders, we provide free shipping by Royal Mail, which usually takes 1-3 working days. For international orders, please be aware of customs policies in your country. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Mainland Europe Delivery usually takes 5-10 working days, however it could take longer than usual. Please wait at least 14 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.

For a refund/exchange, please follow the below instructions:

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

2. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

3. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

 At Tha Game Project, we want to make sure all our customers are happy with their shopping experience. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery or contact date. We'll let you know the cost of sending a replacement when you contact us. Once we've received the returned item and everything is good, we'll either issue a refund or dispatch the replacement item(s). Please note that refunds won't include any postage costs, and any item opened or with broken seals will be subject to a 10% restocking and packaging fee. Returns can take 1-3 working days to process during busy periods, and delays in receiving information from customers can extend this time. If the item isn't as described, including faulty items, we'll give you a full refund including postage costs when you return the item. All faulty items will be inspected by our technician team to determine the cause of the fault or problem. The safe return and cost of returning goods is the buyer's responsibility.
