If you have not receive your order within 20 days (Europe) or 30 days (the rest of the world), please contact us. We will check the shipping information and file a shipping inquiry with the delivery service immediately.
For Express Shipping, the average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days within Europe and 1 to 6 business days for the rest of the world.

- If item is defective or not working on arrival, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the product. Returned item has to be new, unused in its original condition. Please repack it carefully. Returned items will be checked and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement item immediately, free of charge, without any additional cost of shipping. If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer expense.
