The game discs are play tested and work fine.  Multiplayer is online only.  For online, an internet connection, and Xbox Live Gold account are required.

Manual is not included with the game, and the game and cover are cleaned before shipping.

No codes are included with the game.

Plastic film covering (that protects the cover art) shows signs of wear, such as small scratches and scuffs, that can only be seen in bright light.  These marks and scratches are on the plastic film covering, not the game disk.  These marks do not affect the game case's ability to protect the game disk.

According to Xbox.com, Battlefield 3 is backwards compatible and can be played on next generation Xbox consoles.
