James Ormsbee Chapin (James Chapin) (1887-1975) original art lithograph titled "The Merry Clown".  This lithograph is pencil signed by the artist on the bottom right.  "The Merry Clown" was commissioned by the Associated American Artists of New York in 1941 and published by them in a limited edition of 250.  Image size is 9-5/8" x 11-3/8" and sheet size is 12" x 15-3/4".
