On the highland colonies bordering the mountains of borgash the people are often considered nomadic, rougher, more brutish than the "civilised" people towards the large central towns of the empire. While their clothes may often be simple and mostly plain they do keep in some cases like these dresses a highly decorative albeit small section of patterning showing that even the biggest, toughest people of the empire still like to make beauty out of what they've got.
