This traditional 2.7m Black Dorchester lantern contains an internal reflector plate designed to focus light downwards. As always our lamp post is created from superior materials, the lamp post base is made from solid cast iron, featuring a precise raised pattern and containing a central tunnel in which the electrical cable is fed. An inspection panel is subtly incorporated into the lamp posts base for ease of wiring. The lamp post shaft is made from quarter inch thick rolled steel which is galvanized and powder coated black. Finally, the lantern is hand formed using sheet steel by our master metal fabricators, finished with acrylic glass panes which offer a stronger and safer alternative to regular glass.

Also supplied is a brass bayonet bulb holder, masonry rawl bolts and a wooden template of the anchoring points to make installing your lamp post that little bit easier!
