New old stock, an authentic original etching on silk by Ludwig Burgel of the Jefferson Memorial, Washington, DC.  Signature under the etching.  Art is in excellent condition, clean and well preserved.  Original mat (12" x 12-3/4") with all pertinent information.  Silk is white and measures 9-1/2" x 7-1/2" leaving a 1 to 1-1/2" white border around the artwork, which measures 7-3/4" x 5-3/4".  This is a beautiful depiction of the Jefferson Memorial during cherry blossom season.  Colors are a soft and soothing and include blues, greens, white, and pinks and browns.
