Calcium Copper Titanium Oxide (CCTO ;  CaCu₃Ti₄O₁₂ ) is an advanced titanate ceramics with outstanding dielectric constant of ~10000, much higher than barium titanate (BaTiO₃).

Calcium Copper Titanate is used for production of capacitors and is studied for sensor applications and conductivity.

High temperature doping of CCTO with metal ions transforms CCTO into electrically conductive material.
