This is an adapter to mount the QHY Polemaster on Celestron`s CGX and CGX-L mounts. This adapter allows you to install the Polemaster directly on the RA axis and is detachable using magnets for quick removal to access the mount`s handle. It is 3d printed using robust PETG filament. The magnets used are high quality N52 Neodymium magnets that are built into the 3d printed parts.
The adapter is made up of two parts:
1.) The base plate which installs over the mounts declination hard stop. Longer M6 replacement screws are included for installation.
2.) The removable adapter which the Polemaster attaches to has pressed in dowel pins for accurately locating the it onto the base plate.


The adapter is easy to remove but the magnets provide plenty of holding power to keep it from moving while polar aligning.
