This is AO Smith JF1H131N HC30CK234 Draft Inducer Blower Motor Assembly 208-230 V 1/16 Hp 3450 RPM used part. 

This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit and was in great working condition when removed. Old equipment was replaced because homeowner upgraded it to a more energy efficient models. 

Motor has been tested, works great. In good cosmetic condition as well.
