Return and Exchange
Please note that due to all our items MADE TO ORDER all returns there will be a 20% restocking fee withheld from your final amount if the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned with the original box. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unstained and unaltered in any way.
Items that have been WORN and DAMAGED due to client negligence, if we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, the buyer will responsible for 50% restocking fee withheld from the final amount. After we receive your package our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).
We DO NOT accept returns of CUSTOM MADE items.
We accept returns for a full refund unless your pieces arrive damaged or the wrong size or wrong artwork. Contact us and send a picture showing the problem, we can work towards a return or exchange.
If the item sent to the wrong address due to buyer's fault or buyer requests to change the address after item has shipped out, we are not responsible for replacing the item. If the item returns to us due to wrong address information, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
All Returning inquiries must be submitted within 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY to warrant a return/replacement/refund.
