Returns/Exchange

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery for any damages 

  • Couriers only accept claims within 14 business days from the delivery date

  • If your order is lost/damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. 

  • If your purchased item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damaged glass and the inner/outer packaging.
