Heater servo is a vacuum-controlled on/off and a multiple pulse width-controlled valve stem. This amplifier is located behind the glove box it signals the servo and the servo responds to by sending vacuum to control flaps, moves variable resister to send a signal to the amplifier, and opens and closes the hot water valve. The motor in the servo receives a voltage signal from the amplifier that is located behind the glove box in most Mercedes applications.

The ProgRama Limited Lifetime Warranty on Repair Service work covers the repairs performed to bring the unit back to its original operating condition. All internal components replaced or repaired performed by ProgRama are fully covered by this warranty. Warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle and is non-transferable

Programa is not responsible for future original manufacture defects that may occur. ProgRama is not responsible for automotive downtime, damage incurred, or labor cost associated with replacement or removal of a ProgRama unit from any vehicle or improper diagnosis.Any repair service that is purchased, is subject to a $125.00 bench test fee if no default is found/the unit tests good.

You assume the entire cost associated with servicing repair or correction of faults in your vehicle. ProgRama's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, including but not limited to negligence) shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to ProgRama Inc for the specific merchandise at issue.

Warranty excludes but is not limited to:
Parts lost due to fire
Parts lost due to water damages
Parts or information lost due to 3rd party software or part
Parts broken or otherwise damaged during transportation
Damages due to improper installation or use
