All payments are handled securely through eBay Managed Payments. We don’t accept payment on pickup — please complete checkout on eBay before collection.

All products include a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise stated) covering manufacturing faults and component defects only. Not covered: misuse, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, modification, physical damage, exposure to moisture, or other improper handling.

If you experience a problem

• Contact us first before opening a return or case — most issues are resolved quickly with simple troubleshooting.
• We may request details or photos to identify whether it’s a warranty fault or a setup issue.
• Items returned that test as “no fault found” or are damaged through misuse may be returned to the buyer at their cost.

Returns

Hassle-free 30-day returns. If you change your mind or need to send something back, we’ve got you covered. Items must be unused and in original condition with all accessories.

How to return

• Fast & Free (Untracked letter): Use the original envelope. Neatly cross out your name/address, write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the front, and drop it in any red Australia Post street box. Then send us a quick eBay message with your order number so we can watch for it.
• Tracked parcels (Standard / Express): We’ll issue a pre-paid return label (Australia Post). Print & lodge, or use the provided QR code at the counter if available.

Faulty or DOA?

Please contact us first. We’ll troubleshoot quickly and, where a warranty fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a pre-paid return or direct replacement under our 12-month warranty.

Processing your refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item arrives back and is checked (typically within 1–2 business days). Please include the order number inside the package to speed things up.

Notes: Items returned used, damaged, modified, or missing parts may be assessed as “no fault found” or misuse and returned to you at your cost. For time-critical replacements, message us—often we can ship an advance replacement once the return is in transit.

DIY & Development Products

Many of our electronic modules and components are intended for DIY, maker, and development use. As such, they generally do not include printed instructions in the package. These items are designed for users who are learning, prototyping, or integrating them into custom projects.

Documentation & Resources

We can provide datasheets, pinout diagrams, and example code links upon request. Most of our products also have extensive online guides, tutorials, and community documentation available from open-source projects or the original manufacturers.

If you need drivers, libraries, or setup tools, let us know — we’ll direct you to the correct download links or repositories.

Technical Assistance

We’re always happy to help point you in the right direction and provide example code or configuration snippets. However, please note that we cannot write full programs or custom firmware for individual projects as part of normal support.

Custom Development & Contract Work

We do offer customisation, programming, and hardware development services for larger or ongoing projects under formal contract. These services typically require minimum order quantities and are quoted based on project scope. We don’t provide one-off coding or design services for hobby or single-unit use.
